Bert Russell Marlatt
Bert Russell Marlatt from Burien, WA passed away peacefully on July 9, 2014 with his daughters by his side.
Bert was born in Nampa, Idaho. He was the eldest of three boys born to Calvin and Marjorie Marlatt. Bert graduated from Tahoma High School before joining the Army in 1961. He worked for D.L. Duckey Trucking until his retirement.
The best times of his life were spent camping & riding along with other members of the Pok-a-long motorcycle club. He loved reminiscing to his children about all the adventures they shared in those years. His later years were spent cheering on the Seahawks & NASCAR.
He is survived by his three daughters, Lori (Bob) Schricker, Melinda (David) Diaz, Kimberly (Jody) Durant, 6 grandchildren, one great-grandson and his brothers Ted Marlatt, Bob Marlatt.
?A Memorial Service will be held 9 AM on Friday, August 8th at Tahoma National Cemetery.?
