Multiple people shot at Auburn illegal street race

Four injured, including three men and a juvenile.

The Auburn Police Department responded at about 2:15 a.m. Saturday, April 29, to reports of a shooting in the 2500 block of B Street Northwest.

Upon arrival, police discovered a fight had broken out at an illegal street racing event, resulting in three men and a juvenile being shot, according to the department’s social media report. They are in serious, but stable condition, according to the department.

Auburn detectives have no suspects as of the morning of May 1, according to the department. They have reason to believe there were multiple shooters involved in the incident.

Detectives have asked the public for any photos or videos that may help with the case.
