Kent’s ShoWare Center to host 18 graduations in June

From June 2-22; Kent high schools set for Saturday, June 17

The annual walk of graduates through the accesso ShoWare Center in Kent kicks off Friday, June 2.

Kennedy Catholic High School (Burien) is the first Class of 2023 to hold graduation at the ShoWare Center with its 6 p.m. Friday, June 2 event. Eighteen schools will use the city-owned arena for graduation.

The four Kent high schools, Kentwood, Kentridge, Kentlake and Kent-Meridian will graduate on Saturday, June 17.

Graduations at the ShoWare Center:

• Friday, June 2: Kennedy Catholic High, 6 p.m.

• Sunday, June 4: Central Washington University (Highline College branch), 1 p.m.

• Monday, June 12: Federal Way High, 4:30 p.m.

• Monday, June 12: Decatur High, 7:30 p.m.

• Tuesday, June 13: Todd Beamer High, 4:30 p.m.

• Tuesday, June 13: Thomas Jefferson High, 7:30 p.m.

• Wednesday, June 14: Renton High, noon

• Wednesday, June 14: Lindbergh High, 3:30 p.m.

• Wednesday, June 14: Hazen High, 7:30 p.m.

• Thursday, June 15: Mount Rainier High, 1 p.m.

• Thursday, June 15: Tahoma High, 7 p.m.

• Friday, June 16: Green River College, 11 a.m.

• Friday, June 16: Mount Si High, 7 p.m.

• Saturday, June 17: Kentwood High, 8:30 a.m.

• Saturday, June 17: Kent-Meridian High, 12:30 p.m.

• Saturday, June 17: Kentlake High, 4:30 p.m.

• Saturday, June 17: Kentridge High, 8 p.m.

• Thursday, June 22: Renton Technical College, 6 p.m.
