For the 2023 Major League Baseball All-Star Week, T-Mobile Park is offering delicious treats and Pacific Northwest flavors from July 7-11.

The curated menu, by Sodexo Live, for All-Star Week in Seattle includes 20 new items ready for your indulgence while watching games, a home run derby and more. Seasonal offerings are at the forefront of the menu, highlighting Dungeness crab, blackberries and fresh oysters.

“We like to be innovative, we like to be technology driven … We do this all for the fan,” said Malcolm Rogel, vice president of fan experience at T-Mobile Park. When creating the menu for All-Star Week, Rogel said they wanted to push the envelope on memorable bites and show attendees of the international event what the Pacific Northwest’s palate is all about.

The Seattle Mariners’ general ballpark concessions and its value menu are also available throughout All-Star Week, Rogel said.

Javier Rosa, the executive chef of T-Mobile Park, said the 50-person team that created the menu wanted to focus on seafood, traditional ballpark favorites and elegance.

“We’ve been waiting for a year and a half, when we started planning, and finally the day is here,” Rosa said. The team sourced local ingredients, such as fresh, shucked oysters from the Columbia River and steelhead trout.

“That’s what it’s all about — bringing flavors, bringing quality, and bringing elegance to the All-Star game,” Rosa said.

For drinks, try the Blackberry Mint Rainier Mojito or the Blackberry Lemonade (a favorite of these reporters). Bite-sized snack options are the Furikake Pretzel Mix, All-Star Stromboli, PNW Sweet Onion Rings or Just Poke’s Sunrise Tuna Bowl.

If you’re looking for something more filling, go for the Arrachera Sopes, the smoked brisket All-Star Tripleta or the footlong (yes, footlong) Dungeness Crab Roll topped with Tobiko Caviar. You could also try the revamped fan-favorite Garlic Fry Burger from Lil Woody’s or the Crab Pizza on sourdough crust. Additional pizza options include the Mushroom or Porchetta slices from Ballard Pizza. As a side or full meal in a bread bowl, try the NW Wild Alaskan Salmon Chowder.

It wouldn’t be a trip to the ballpark without Cracker Jacks, right? Salt & Straw’s new concoction of Pale Stout and Cracker Jack Ice Cream is a limited-edition flavor made just for All-Star Week. The Icee-flavored Dippin’ Dots are a great way to cool off this week, too.

If you’re craving another kind of sweetness, try the How to Moose a Cookie with chocolate, pistachio and cherry or the Mariner Tracks Rice Krispy Treat.
