King County Road Services crews will close a section of Green River Road South in Kent for repairs.
Crews will close the road in the 9400 block starting at 7 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 14 for temporary repairs to the roadway due to a washout caused by flooding last spring, according to a county media release.
Drivers will need to detour onto nearby 94th Place Southeast. Work is scheduled to be completed Sept. 1. During this time, drivers are asked to travel carefully near the work zone and prepare for minor delays.
