King County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a 25-year-old SeaTac man Friday wanted in connection with a recent string of home break-ins in Kent and Southeast King County.
“Ross Bryde has been captured and is the custody of the King County sheriff’s department,” said Kent Police Lt. Pat Lowery in a Friday email. “I do not have any details regarding the arrest.”
Deputies arrested a 26-year-old SeaTac woman Wednesday for investigation of burglary. Kent Police issued a photo of Bryde Wednesday to get the public’s helping in finding him.
Detectives identified the two from tips received from the public following the release Oct. 20 of photos of the man and woman from a Kent home surveillance video when the pair reportedly tried to break in to an East Hill residence Oct. 13.
“With both suspects from the original call for public assistance in custody we just want to say thank you for everyone’s assistance,” Lowery said. “This is a great example of working together.”
Police will turn over information about the two to the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for formal charges.
