Scenic Hill Elementary staff are hosting an afternoon of college bound food, fun and entertainment June 9.
There will be college-themed carnival games and activities, along with entertainment provided by Scenic Hill students and families. There will be snacks for sale at the Campus Hub that include Cotton Candy and Sno-Cones.
The event features a raffle with prizes that include a Novara mountain bike and a one night in a family suite at Great Wolf Lodge.
All Children 12 years old and under receive five free game tickets and a College Application Passport. Proceeds from this event support additional funding for educational programs and family involvement events for Scenic Hill students.
There will be a Silent Auction with items that include a one-day park-hopper passes to Disneyland, Two admissions to Wild Waves, Mariner’s tickets, a party for up to 20 at Jillian’s, dining gift certificates, retail certificates and theater certificates.
Attendees are invited to try a sampling of foods from six of the many cultures represented by Scenic Hill Families.
The event is from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Scenic Hill Elementary School, located at 26025 Woodland Way S.
