Rotary Club of Sunrise Kent recently honored students and staff from Northwood Middle School for month of May achievements in the Kent School District.
The honorees on Tuesday included students Jevon Cloy and Minh Nguyen for academic achievement; students Milanni Matautia and Atlas Suamataia for service and citizenship; and staff members Dena Whipple and Gabby Blakemore.
Northwood is at 17007 SE 184th St., in Renton, but part of the Kent School District.
The Rotary Club of Sunrise Kent recognized students from each of the Kent School District’s six middle schools over the course of the 2017-2018 school year. The other schools are Meridian, Mill Creek, Mattson, Cedar Heights and Meeker.
