A 25-year-old Renton man was shot in the leg at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of the Indigo Springs Apartments, 11101 S.E. 203rd St., in the Panther Lake area of unincorporated Kent.
Paramedics transported the man to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. His injury was not life-threatening, according to a King County Sheriff’s Office media release.
Details surrounding the shooting are murky, according to the sheriff’s office. Several people were present at the time of the shooting. As of Monday, detectives continued to investigate the incident. There were no arrests at that point.
