The city of Kent will close South 208th Street between 96th Avenue South and State Route 167 from July 10-28 for road repairs. Detour routes will be in place.
Crews will restore the sagging pavement and provide drainage to reduce future damage along South 208th Street. Crews will install a new guardrail along South 208th Street between the State Route 167 overpass to South 212th Street, according to city Public Works staff.
