A 19-year-old man was struck by multiple vehicles and killed after exiting a moving car at about 12:17 a.m. Thursday along northbound Interstate 5 in SeaTac, just south of Southcenter.
The man died at the scene, according to the State Patrol. The name of the man has not yet been released pending notification of family.
The incident remains under investigation.
“He was a passenger in the vehicle (a 1995 Kia Sephia) and exited the vehicle while it was in motion and unfortunately struck by two or more vehicles,” said State Patrol spokesman Rick Johnson in an email.
