An elementary school age child stared a fire that heavily damaged a Kent mobile home and displaced eight people early Friday morning, the Kent Fire Department reported. The child used a lighter to ignite a baby-wipe, then dropped the burning material into other combustibles, a Kent Fire investigator determined.
