All three shot Sunday night inside their Irwin Park apartment; no suspect information

One man was fatally shot and two other men critically injured in a shooting Sunday night, Aug. 28 at a Kent apartment complex on the East Hill.

Officers were dispatched at about 8:45 p.m. to reports of multiple gunshots at the Irwin Park Apartments, 25822 110th Ave. SE, according to an Aug. 29 Kent Police statement. Officers found three men that had been shot while in their apartment. Officers began live-saving efforts until Puget Sound Fire medics arrived.

Paramedics transported all three men to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. One of the men later died at the hospital, according to police. The other two remained in critical condition. All three are 23 years old and from Kent.

According to witnesses, the three men were inside the apartment while dinner was being prepared, police said. Multiple gunshots were heard and each man had been shot.
