Mobile dental clinic for kids coming to Kent

Washington Dental Service Foundation's SmileMobile will be in Kent from May 31 to June 10. The SmileMobile is a fully-equipped mobile dental clinic. Children from families with limited income or who have a Washington Services Card can receive dental care from the SmileMobile. Eligible children can be infants to high school-aged.

The Washington Dental Service Foundation's SmileMobile comes to Kent May 31 to June 10 to provide checkups for children from families with limited incomes.

Washington Dental Service Foundation’s SmileMobile will be in Kent from May 31 to June 10. The SmileMobile is a fully-equipped mobile dental clinic. Children from families with limited income or who have a Washington Services Card can receive dental care from the SmileMobile. Eligible children can be infants to high school-aged.

The mobile services range from examinations and preventive care to fillings and minor oral surgery – all provided at little or no cost to patients. Patients are given referrals to local dentists depending on the work needed to be done.

The mobile clinic will be at Kent Elementary School, 24700 64th Ave. S., during its visit. Families can call Kent Elementary at 253-373-7497 to make an appointment. Appointments need to be scheduled by Friday, May 27.

The SmileMobile is operated by the Washington Dental Service Foundation in partnership with Washington Dental Service and Seattle Children’s Hospital.
