A 49-year-old Milton man died in a head-on crash last week along Military Road South on Kent’s West Hill.
Thomas Tossey died from multiple blunt force injuries, according to the King County Medical Examiner’s Office. Tossey died upon impact of the vehicles.
Tossey was driving northbound in the southbound lanes in the 26200 block of Military Road South at about 8:28 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 17, according to Kent Police. While approaching a curve in the street, Tossey’s vehicle collided with a southbound vehicle travelling in the correct lane.
Paramedics transported a 22-year-old Federal Way man, the driver of the southbound car, to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Both drivers were alone.
The accident remains under investigation, according to Kent Police.
