Someone shot and injured a man during a drive-by shooting in Kent at about 8:35 p.m. Thursday in the 26100 block of 104th Avenue Southeast.
A witness called 911 to report hearing gunshots in the area of Home Depot, according to a Kent Police media release.
Officers arrived within moments to find a man who claimed he had been shot. Police and paramedics stabilized the man who was transported to a undisclosed hospital for treatment. The extent of his injuries is unknown, police said.
Police are not releasing any other information as detectives try to determine what events led up to the shooting.
