A male was shot and injured at about 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27 in the same area of Kent where someone fatally shot a Federal Way man the previous day.

Paramedics transported the male to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. His condition is unknown, according to police. Police did not release the age of the male or whether the two shootings are related.
The circumstances that led to the shooting are unknown at this time, according to police.
Police are still searching for the shooter from Nov. 26 and reported they did not have much suspect information, although they said the incident was specific to those involved.
As with the fatal shooting, police are asking anyone who may have information about the incident to call 911, the Kent Police tip line at 253-856-5808 or email KPDTipline@kentwa.gov. The case number is 21-14569.
