The Kent School District is accepting applications for kindergarten enrollment in the Dual Language program for the 2016-2017 school year.
Applications must be returned to the Student and Family Support Services office at the Administration Center, 12033 SE 256th St. in Kent, by Feb. 29, to be considered.
The Dual Language program, which teaches students literacy and academic content in English and Spanish, is offered at Carriage Crest, Kent, Neely-O’Brien and Scenic Hill elementary schools. Students from Neely-O’Brien and Kent elementary attend kindergarten at Kent Valley Early Learning Center.
Applications will be accepted for students living within the district’s boundaries. First priority is given to students who live in the Carriage Crest, Scenic Hill and Kent Valley Early Learning Center boundaries.
