The city of Kent has closed East Titus Street between Reiten Road and Kennebeck Avenue South to through traffic due to concrete pavement repair.
The street is closed Monday, March 14 through Friday, March 18. AA Asphalt will be replacing concrete panels for PSE. A detour route will be in place for the duration of the closure.
