The community raised more than $96,000 at KentHOPE’s fall benefit dinner at the Renton Pavilion Event Center on Nov. 4.

The nonprofit organization continues to restore hope for women and children living homeless in South King County. KentHOPE is a partnership in Kent faith-based groups, Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission, Valley Cities Counseling and Consultation, businesses, local community service agencies and concerned individuals who are dedicated to reducing homelessness in the community.

At the fundraiser, several people shared personal journeys out of addiction and homelessness.
