Ka’Deidre Rials, the 23-year-old Kent woman charged with a felony hit-and-run in the Sammamish death of 22-year-old Mo Radcliffe, pleaded not guilty to all charges at her arraignment Wednesday morning at the King County Courthouse in Seattle.
Rials also is charged with one count of second-degree identity theft and two counts of second-degree vehicle prowl.
King County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested Rials at a house in Skyway near Renton on Jan. 28 for her role in the hit-and-run that killed Radcliffe on Jan. 25 at Beaver Lake Park in Sammamish. Detectives believe Rials was the driver of a gold Infiniti SUV that ran over Radcliffe after he had confronted car prowlers. Radcliffe was the son of a Seattle Police officer.
Rials is one of three suspects, along with a 17-year-old female and a 16-year-old female, connected to the case. A 16-year-old male was also arrested in connection to the case on Jan. 28.
Detectives were able to find Rials and another teenage female suspect using information from a credit card stolen from another vehicle at the park, which was used at a Fred Meyer in Renton about 45 minutes after Radcliffe had been run over.
Rials next court hearing is set for March 2 at the King County Courthouse. Rials remains in custody at the county jail with bail set at $605,000.
