Kent drivers will face a 24/7 eastbound right lane closure along James Street between Central Avenue South and 100th Avenue Southeast from Monday, July 11 through Friday, July 29.
Crews will improve and repair concrete curbs and tie in water services to the new water main, according to city officials.
