Kent city crews opened 76th Avenue South from South 212th Street to approximately South 222nd Street Friday afternoon after the street had been closed earlier Friday due to water over the roadway.
Flooding from Mill Creek causes water to go over 76th Avenue South in the north Kent Valley.
