Kent Police hope the public can help identify a man wanted for the robbery of a Chase Bank branch in Kent.
The robbery occurred at 4:26 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9, at 13207 S.E. 272nd St,, on the East Hill, according to a Kent Police media release. The suspect entered the bank, approached a teller at the counter and gave the teller a note. While no weapon was seen, the note implied that the man had a gun. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of cash, whereupon he fled on foot.
The suspect is described as a white male, 25 to 30 years old, 6 feet tall with a medium build. He was wearing a flannel shirt with a grey hooded sweatshirt underneath, black converse shoes and dark sunglasses. He was also described as possibly having light facial hair.
