Update: The missing woman was found in Seattle and is safe, according to Kent Police.
Kent Police asked for the public’s help to find Guadalupe Torres Gomez, who has been missing since 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10. She was found safe on Feb. 11.
Guadalupe will likely respond best to the name Jasmine, according to police in a Feb. 11 statement.
“She sometimes gets disoriented and may be lost and unable to find her way home,” police said.
Gomez is 5 feet 3 inches tall with a medium build and black hair. She was wearing an Ivory colored puffer jacket, and black and grey pants when she left home. She also has a blue necklace that stands out around her neck.
The family believes she would most likely be wandering around the Kent Station shopping center or near Hispanic stores. Police and the family have been out looking for her but so far she remains missing.
If you see Gomez, call 911 immediately.
