Kent Police continue to investigate what led to the shooting of a King County Sheriff’s Office deputy’s patrol vehicle while parked unoccupied in the 26600 block of Lake Fenwick Road.
Police responded to reports of gunshots at about 3:50 a.m. last Friday. Officers discovered the vehicle had been shot at. No one was hit or injured.
“There is no suspect information at this time and no arrests have been made,” said Kent Police Cmdr. Jarod Kasner.
Detectives interviewed neighbors and canvased the area. They collected evidence from the shots to help with the investigation.
