Kent residents who place Christmas trees at the curb by 7 a.m. will get the trees picked up for recycling on their garbage day during the week of Jan. 2-6.
Trees must be stripped of all ornamentation. Flocked trees will not be accepted. Residents should cut trees taller than 5 feet into 3-foot sections and bundle them with twine.
