A Kent house fire Tuesday displaced three adults and a child in the 20700 block of 104th Place Southeast, the Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority reported.
When the first units arrived shortly before 2 p.m., they found the side and back of the two-story house fully engulfed in flames. All four residents were out of the house, which allowed firefighters to concentrate on extinguishing the flames.
No one was injured in the fire, though several cats are missing and one is known to have died inside, the fire authority said. Red Cross is assisting the family, and the fire is under investigation.
