Family members of several Seattle Seahawks football players hosted a parent empowerment event last Thursday, July 30, at the ShoWare Center.
The Hawks Birds Nest: A Family Affair was free and open to the community.
Beverly and Kevin Sherman, parents of Richard Sherman; Sunshine Lynch, Marshawn Lynch’s mother; Debbie and Earl Thomas Jr., Earl Thomas III’s parents, and Bobby Wagner Sr. and Nakima Ward, Bobby Wagner’s father and sister, have teamed up with Foster Enterprise to create Hawks Birds Nest, a global consortium that gives celebrity families an educational platform to empower others through service and sharing personal testimonies.
