The Friends of the Kent Library will be having an important meeting May 13.
The grassroots group is meeting noon at the Kent Regional Library, 212 Second Ave. N., to elect new officers.
The meeting is a luncheon, and participants should bring a salad to share.
Anyone can attend, and the Friends of Kent Library welcome new members. To learn more about the group and the upcoming meeting, contact Roselyn Hooper at 253-859-3856.
