Kent Youth and Family Services is partnering with Kent School District and Valley Cities to provide free virtual parent workshops to help families support their student’s social emotional wellness.
From difficult topics like talking with your child about drugs and alcohol to parenting during COVID-19 these workshops will provide valuable tools and resources to help your student succeed.

March 25 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Information every parent should know regarding vaping and nicotine. Provided by Kent Youth and Family Services.
Gender & Sexuality
March 29 from 4 to 5 p.m.
Provides parents practical skills to support LGBTQ+ youth, including how to support youth in their identities. Provided by Valley Cities.
Suicidal Ideation
March 30 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Tools to talk to youth about Suicide Ideation, mental health and keep them safe. Provided by Valley Cities.
