The Kent Chamber of Commerce’s annual Experience Kent – a free family event – comes to the ShoWare Center on Thursday.
The event runs 3 to 8 p.m. and includes exhibitions, a kids coloring contest, Taste of Kent, education and do-it-yourself presentations, a Turkey Challenge food drive, prizes and giveaways.
The Taste of Kent is open 5 to 8 p.m.
