Drivers should expect extra traffic around the ShoWare Center in Kent from about 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, because of the eighth annual Servus Leadership Conference.
The large attendance at the student leadership event could cause delays and alternates routes are advised, according to city Public Works Department staff.
Many attendees will arrive by bus or van, so parking in downtown isn’t expected to be impacted.
The conference speakers include James C. Hunter, Trevor Moawad, Houston Kraft and Doug Baldwin.
An event featuring Tony Robbins impacted traffic and parking on March 1 at the ShoWare Center.
