Children had the opportunity to explore electrical currents first hand at the Kent Library on Monday during a wire art program, presented by KidsQuest Children’s Museum in Bellevue.
It is part of the Science of Art series sponsored by the Kent Arts Commission.
Children ages 5 though 14, can explore how science and art merge with a different hands-on activity each month through December.
The next program, monotype printing, is scheduled for 4-5 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 10.
