Crystal A. Burns, 21, of Kent, graduated April 12 from the Skagit Valley College Parks Law Enforcement Academy in Mount Vernon.
Burns is a 2007 graduate of Kentwood High School and a 2009 graduate of Highline Community College. Her parents include Mark and Karie Burns of Covington, and also Kathy and Bill Lushenko of Kent.
