Drivers should expect delays all day on Monday, June 27, at BNSF railroad crossings in downtown Kent.
Railroad crews are testing new communication equipment, according to a city of Kent traffic update.
BNSF will have flagger control at all crossings between James Street and South 259th Street. The testing is expected to completed in one day.
