This mural, designed by artist Louis Chinn, and created with the assistance of 14 local high-school seniors, is located at S.E. 240th Street and 104th Avenue S.E. on Kent’s East Hill, and was recently unveiled. The mural is a project through the King County Work Training Program, which as partnered with Kent Parks and Recreation to give the students the opportunity for job training, as well as to be able to work with a professional artist.
