So why did someone leave roses and a sorry message on the windshield of a car this week parked at the Kent Station shopping center?
On Tuesday, May 1, someone returned to his or her car to find the surprise.
Kent Station staff posted the photo on its Facebook page hoping to get the story behind the roses, but so far no response from the guilty party or the receiver of the roses.
