Get ready to rock when Live and Bush bring The ALTimate Tour at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 16, to Kent’s accesso ShoWare Center.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 9 at accessoshowarecenter.com. Prices are $99, $69, $49 and $39. The concert also features special guest Our Lady Peace.
Live, a multi-platinum band from Pennsylvania, achieved worldwide success with their 1994 album Throwing Copper, which sold eight million copies in the U.S. The band’s hit singles in the 1990s included “Lightning Crashes,” which stayed at the top of the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart for 10 consecutive weeks.
Bush, formed in 1992 in London, England, had immediate success in 1994 with the release of their debut album “Sixteen Stone.” The album features the hit singles “Comedown” and “Glycerine.”
Our Lady Peace is a Canadian rock band formed in 1992 in Toronto, Ontario.
Prior to coming to Kent, the tour stops Oct. 15 at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Portland, Ore. The bands head Oct. 19 to the Grand Theatre, Grand Sierra Resort & Casino, in Reno.
