The Kent/Covington Ugly Holiday Sweater Run starts at 10 a.m. Dec. 10, at Kentwood High School, 25800 164th Ave. SE, Covington.
Participants may choose between two 5K courses, stroller friendly or regular.
Proceeds from the run support Kent’s Pediatric Interim Care Center, which primarily nurses babies born with drug addictions through withdrawals. Money will be providing beds, diapers, formula, wipes, hand sanitizers, etc.
Cocoa, desserts and refreshments will be provided for runners once they finish.
Registration fee is $20 with a T-shirt, $10 without. T-shirts are not guaranteed in your size if you don’t register by Monday, Nov. 21.
