Ever thought you were too old, too out of shape or don’t have enough time to exercise?
Back problems, knee problems and other limitations need not stop you.
Join local health professionals for the third annual “Optimal Health4You,” free presentations on Saturday, May 3 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Kent Senior Activity Center, 600 E. Smith St.

According to Kent4Health liaison Pam Clark, the event is an opportune time to ask questions and learn directly from the experts about exercise, balanced diet, disease prevention and healthy living.
“We have a great lineup of speakers who will discuss common exercise practices, the importance of proper footwear, nutrition, stress management and more,” Clark said.
Free blood pressure and glucose screenings will be provided by the Kent Fire Department. Also available will be complimentary 10-minute massage by Edge Integrated Massage, a fitness demonstration by Grand Central Fit Club, spinal stress analysis by Romney Chiropractic, Tap Into Water sampling by Aegis Living of Kent and other tidbits of information.
