Kent-Meridian Drama presents musical ‘Between the Lines’

Catch the show May 17-18

Kent-Meridian High School Drama will present the new musical “Between the Lines” at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 17 and Saturday, May 18 at the Kent-Meridian Performing Arts Center, 10020 SE 256th St.

”Between the Lines” tells the story of Delilah, an isolated and alone teenager at a new school, who seeks comfort in the pages of her favorite book, where she feels heard and understood by the handsome Prince Oliver. But as the lines between fantasy and reality begin to blur in both extraordinary and astonishing ways, Delilah discovers how to find her place in the real world while keeping her dreams alive.

The story was written Jodi Picoult and Timothy Allen McDonald with music and lyrics by Kate Anderson and Elyssa Samsel. The production was directed by Jay Thornton with musical direction by Heath Thompson.

Tickets are available at the door, $10 for adults and $5 for children
