Preschool Discovery Lab: 2 p.m. March 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31. Ages 2 to 5 with adult. Presented by KidsQuest Museum Education Staff. Explore school readiness activities! Start with a story and then learn playful ways to engage with math, scientific thinking, and literacy skills through age-appropriate learning centers. Space is limited. Registration required.
Family Pajama Story Times: 6:30 p.m. March 3, 10, 17 and 31. All ages welcome, ages 5 and younger with adult. Stories, songs and fun. Social time and a brief activity follows.

Creative materials, art supplies, LEGO bricks and games provided.

Kaleidoscope Play & Learn-Spanish: 10:30 a.m. March 6, 13, 20 and 27. Newborn to age 5 with caregiver. Have fun singing songs, telling stories, reading books, creating art and playing. Play & Learn is in English, and the facilitator is bilingual in English and Spanish.
The Funny Woman Who Lost Her Dumpling Puppet Show: 6:30 p.m. March 24. Family program, all ages welcome with adult. Presented by Thistle Theater. Enjoy a charming Bunraku-style puppet show based on a Japanese tale about a funny woman who follows a rice dumpling down a hole as it bounces into another world.
TWEENS & TEENS
Study Zone: 1:30-3:30 p.m. Sundays; 3:30-5:30 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays. No Study Zone on March 23. Grades K-12. Drop-in during Study Zone hours to get assistance from volunteer tutors on math, reading and basic study skills.
Between Time: 2 p.m. March 4, 11, 18 and 25. Ages 9 to 19. Drop in between school and home to meet friends, play games, discover new books and music, study or try different craft or tech activities each session.
Harry Potter Style, Crafty Dragon Eggs: 2 p.m. March 14. Ages 9 to 100. Make it magical. Dragon eggs are generally costly, not to mention forbidden. Make your own in this Wizarding Workshop. Everything you will need for dragonish design provided.
Harry Potter’s Book of Secrets Wizarding Workshop: 3 p.m. March 18. Ages 9 to 100. Craft your own magical book to contain your secrets or magical equipment. Design it yourself from select magical materials, or get enchanting advice from senior wizards.

Welcoming Center, Immigration Legal Clinic: 5:30 p.m. March 4. A place for immigrants, refugees and new arrivals. Connecting you to the people and resources in the area you live. The Eastside Legal Assistance Program (ELAP) provides free 45-minute consultations with an immigration attorney to King County residents who qualify for assistance. Attorneys cannot represent clients but can refer to other assistance. Available by appointment only.
Welcoming Center, Ask a Welcoming Ambassador: 5:30-7 p.m. Thursday. The Welcoming Center at Kent Library is a place for immigrants, refugees and new arrivals. Connecting you to the people and resources in the area you live. Ask one of our friendly welcoming ambassadors for help finding information and services.

Coordinated Entry for All (CEA) ensures that people experiencing homelessness in King County can get help finding stable housing by identifying, evaluating, and connecting them to housing support services and resources.
