The Kent Community Foundation hosts its second annual Kent Has Talent – an all-ages talent show – on Saturday, Oct. 7, from 7 to 9 p.m., at the Kent-Meridian Performing Arts Center, 10020 SE 256th St., Kent.
Presented by Denali Federal Credit Union, Kent Has Talent will feature dancing, singing and other talents in three ages groups: youth (ages 12 and younger), ages 13 to 19 (teen) and ages 20 and up (adult). There will be a grand prize winner, division winners and an audience choice award, all receiving cash prizes.
Bender, morning show host of Bender & Molly on 106.1 KISS-FM, will be the event’s emcee.
Due to the generosity of community sponsors, all proceeds for the event will benefit the Kent Community Foundation.

Tickets for Kent Has Talent are $20 each for adults and $10 for kids (plus service fee), and are available for purchase online.
Founded in 1986, the Kent Community Foundation is a nonprofit, and all donations are tax deductible. The foundation has recently expanded its mission beyond cultural arts, education, grants and scholarships to strengthen and support the greater Kent community through partnerships and philanthropy.
