It’s time to get international in Kent.
On June 19, the city will have its own International Taste of Kent, a fundraising dinner for the Kent International Festival (which happens the following week, on June 26.)
Expect a night of multicultural festivity at the June 19 banquet, with a full dinner from a sampling of the city’s top international restaurants.
You’ll take a global tour, with entrees from China, Greece, Thailand, India and Mexico.
There will be live entertainment as well, including Irish step dancers, Japanese taiko drummers and Indian Punjabi dancers.
The cost is $50 per person, or a table of eight for $350.
