The Blue 4 Trio of Seattle, which plays eclectic music that swings, opens the city of Kent’s annual Take-Out Tuesdays from noon to 1 p.m. July 6 at Kent Station, 417 Ramsay Way.
The band features Casey MacGill, who plays the ukulele and cornet; drummer Mike Daugherty and bassist Matt Weiner.
According to the band’s Web site, the music is Nat “King” Cole Trio meets the Mills Brothers or Fats Waller meets Fats Domino. For more information, go to www.blue4trio.com.
