Torklift Central challenged businesses and organizations to compete against each other to collect the most food and monetary donations for the Kent Food Bank. Businesses have a goal of reaching $15,000 and 3,000 pounds of food by Nov. 21. This is a citywide food drive put on by Kent businesses and they need your help.

More than 40 local businesses have taken the challenge to help fight hunger this holiday season. Torklift Central will deliver all donations collected to the Kent Food Bank on Nov. 21-22.

“New businesses are still joining in the challenge weekly,” said Torklift Central general manager Matt Lynch. “There is still time to donate to any participating business to help us reach our goal.”
