Terreno Realty Corp., a San Francisco-based acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, announced on Tuesday that it has executed a full building lease for 158,000 square feet in Kent with a leading e-commerce firm.

The lease commences on Friday, Sept. 30, and expires Jan. 31, 2024. Terreno didn’t name the e-commerce firm. E-commerce is the trading in products or services using computer networks, such as the internet.

Terreno bought the property in December for $14.9 million subject to a short-term lease and subsequently renovated the property, including an additional paved yard for loading and trailer storage and an update to the building facade and office.
