The RAM Restaurant & Brewery recently partnered with Making Strides and the American Cancer Society (ACS) to raise money with their Drink Pink Fight to End Breast Cancer promotion.
Twenty-six company restaurants featured several pink cocktails with $1 from each purchase being donated to the ACS.
“Our donation of over $19,000 to the American Cancer Society will be appropriately distributed back to each local restaurant’s community to help their all-important initiatives,” said Dave Iverson, from The RAM Restaurant Group.
Jennifer Brauer, program manager, Corporate Account Operations for the American Cancer Society, added: “The work that RAM team members do in helping raise funds for breast cancer truly makes a difference in each of their communities. We are excited to be able to put these funds towards our local Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks across the nation.”
Iverson said the restaurant has raised nearly $50,000 in four years of doing the campaign with the American Cancer Society.
