Quadrant Homes, based in Bellevue, announced last week two new Kent communities. The company plans to build 13 homes at Elliot Landing, at Southeast 236th Street and 116th Avenue Southeast; and 21 homes at Elliot Crossing also on the East Hill at 23418 94th Ave. S.
Elliot Landing opened April 15 and Elliot Crossing will open June 13, according to a Quadrant Homes media release.
The homes will feature 9-foot ceilings; white-painted millwork and doors; oversized bedrooms, many with walk-in closets; five-piece master suite baths; and laundry suites on the upstairs level.
Prices for Elliot Landing homes range from $319,000 to $390,000 and feature up to 3,100-square feet of living space. Elliot Crossing prices start in the $280,000 range for 1,600-square-foot homes.
The homes at Elliot Landing include views of Mount Rainier and the Cascade and Olympic Mountains. Elliot Crossing will overlook the Kent Valley.
